The villa is located 13 minutes from the airport, transfers to & from the airport are not included but there are loads of licenced taxi’s outside the airport

If you drive and feel called to explore the island in your down time during the week, car hire is really affordable and I would highly recommend doing this as there are so many beautiful beaches and places to explore on the island

On the days that we take trips together to the beach and hiking, transportation will be arranged and is included

There is plenty of parking by the villa if you decide to hire a car

I’ll be releasing the daily schedule closer to the time, but it will look something like this:

Walk to nearby beach - Water Cleansing Rituals

1.30 pm - Lunch on the beach

Integration Hike (optional - everyone can relax on the beach too)

6 pm - Yin, Sound & Reiki Healing

7.30 pm - Stone Baked Pizza Night

There will be time within the schedule to relax and integrate too, you can come to as many or as little of the scheduled ceremonies and activities as you wish to

The food we will be serving will be fresh and local organic, gluten free and vegetarian produce from the island, prepared with love and intention.

There will be fresh juices & smoothies served daily with some delicious snacks in between meals.

Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our utmost to support you.

Please note to secure your place on the retreat, a deposit of £400 is required. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

I am happy to offer payment plans if you cannot pay the remaining balance straight away.

Please note that a deposit of £400 is required to secure your place on the retreat, this is to secure the Villa and our chef, and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your space on the retreat by 28th January 2024 , you will receive a 50% refund of the full amount of your place (providing that you have paid in full by then).

If you cancel your place on the retreat after January 28th 2024 I will not be able to offer you a refund unless I can fill your place on the retreat. I will try my best to fill your place, if your space becomes booked I will refund you the balance minus the deposit.

If I have to cancel the retreat for any reason you will receive a full refund.

༓ If you ‘d prefer a room to yourself, please get in touch as this can be arranged at an extra cost

༓ If you are coming on your own you will be paired with someone who is doing the same, this always works out in the most aligned way and leads to more expansion, unfolding and connection

༓ Check in will be at 12.30pm on the 28th

༓ Check out will be at 10am on the 5th

༓ Massages and other holistic treatments can be arranged during your stay at an extra cost, I will create a menu of some gorgeous offerings with some amazing practitioners on the island for you for when you arrive

༓ Please note, no alcohol or psychoactive plant medicines will be being served during your stay. Alcohol is not recommended as it altars our frequency and our ability to process and transmute. These are safeguarding measures put in place for our guests to ensure your physical, emotional and mental safety.

༓ No previous experience of any of this work is needed to attend, I hold a safe and suportive space and you will be met exactly where you’re at

Bella and her team are trauma informed & highly experienced in working with PTSD & CPTSD

You will have a 1-1 online check in session with Bella a week before the retreat, one during the retreat and one afterwards to support any integration and anything you are processing.

Any physical activity that we work with will be adjusted according to your physical needs and any injuries or disabilities
