Begin your energy healing journey with Reiki Level 1, the foundation of all Reiki practice. This immersive and expansive Reiki course teaches you how to channel universal life force energy for self-healing and to support the wellbeing of others.
This Reiki Level 1 training focuses on self-awareness, intuitive development, and building your own personal connection to the energy. No prior experience is needed - just an open mind and a willingness to learn.
During this deeply transformative Reiki Level One training, you will receive your Usui Reiki Level 1 attunements, initiating you into the energy and teaching you how to channel Reiki safely for self-practice and for friends, family, and pets.
This is the first step toward becoming a Reiki practitioner, whether your intention is personal healing or working professionally with others. This is your rite of passage into the world of energy healing.
A Retreat-Style Reiki Training Experience
The training is held in a retreat-style environment, giving you the space to slow down, integrate, and truly embody and get to know the energy. You will be held in a supportive and nurturing container through ceremony, circle, sound and guided practices, allowing for deep healing and transformation.
