Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, and has been celebrated by those connected to the Earth & her seasons since the dawn of humankind

As cyclical beings that experience the change in seasons as much as the earth does, connecting intentionally to the turn of the seasons and the alignment of the planets is such a powerful way to support and nourish ourselves.

This is a really potent time to gather in ceremony to process our journeys so far, and to plant and water our seeds of intention for the next cycle.

The journey will begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao to connect the heart and the higher mind with intention

We will then connect to & honour our journeys so far, connecting into our bodies wisdom & our energy centres with intention & presence

This will be followed by some nourishing alchemic embodied movement, and a gentle guided breathwork practice to support the process of metamorphosis

You will then be guided into Savasana, where you will be bathed in beautiful Sekhem Reiki Energy & Sacred Healing Sound to support you on your journey, and the sewing of your seeds of intention into the quantum field ✨

At the end of the session, you will be given a selection of seasonal cleansing herbs to weave your own smudge stick with
