⟁ Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, and has been celebrated by those connected to the Earth & her seasons since the dawn of humankind

⟁ As cyclical beings that experience the change in seasons as much as the earth does, connecting intentionally to the turn of the seasons and the alignment of the planets is such a powerful way to support and nourish ourselves.

⟁ This is a really potent time to gather in ceremony to process our journeys so far, and to plant and water our seeds of intention for the next cycle.

⟁ During this healing ceremony, we'll be working with this potent energetic portal to set our intentions and release anything we’re ready to, creating space for this new energy to move through us and for us.

⟁ The session will begin with a guided grounding meditation, and a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao to connect the heart and the higher mind with intention

⟁ We will then connect to & honour our journeys so far, connecting into our bodies wisdom & our energy centres with intention & presence 

⟁ This will be followed by some gorgeous embodied movement; warming and opening up the body, connecting you deeply to yourself, your needs, your creativity and shifting anything that you might be holding within your physical or energetic body, supported by the vibrational medicine of the drum and solfeggio tuning forks.

⟁ You will then be guided into stillness, bathed in Reiki & Sekhem healing energy, which will be amplified by the frequency and vibrations from Bella’s team of alchemy crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, crystal singing pyramids and bamboo chimes to enable healing on a cellular level, and to manifest your desires into reality. ⁣⁣⁣

⟁ The session will close with some spell casting into the quantum field

Due to our venue being on private property with very limited parking, guests will need to car pool from San Joan Car Park, the venue is a short 3 minute drive from there, and the exact location will be shared via email the week of the event. ⟁ CEREMONIAL CACAO CONTRAINDICATIONS ⟁

The usual dose for Ceremonial Cacao is 35 - 40g, however I have found that 15-20g is more than enough to feel the connection to the plant and its medicine.  This dose is not as activating.  However, please refrain from taking Cacao if any of the below worries you in any way, and let me know if you’d prefer a heart opening rose & hibiscus tea instead.

Antidepressants - 15-20g dose for anyone taking antidepressants and 5HTP - consult health care professional if there are any concerns. Those on MAIO antidepressants should not consume cacao. 

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding - Cacao is generally considered safe in pregnancy and during breastfeeding when taken in moderation. We recommend a serving size of 15-20g for those pregnant or breastfeeding. 

GERD - It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity (10-20g) to assess sensitivity. 

IBS - It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity (10-20g) to assess sensitivity. 

Bleeding Disorders - Consult with a doctor prior to consumption if you have a bleeding disorder or are consuming any related medication. 

Heart Conditions - Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose (15-20g). 

High Blood Pressure - Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose (15-20g). 

Low Blood Pressure - Consult with a doctor before using cacao and also begin with a lower dose (15-20g). 

Sensitivities (e.g caffeine or stimulant sensitivities) - It is best to begin consuming cacao in a smaller quantity (15-20g) to assess sensitivity. 

Medication use - It is best to consult with a doctor about all drugs and supplements you are using or considering, prior to the consumption of cacao.

Breathwork is a really beautiful tool to alleviate anxiety, to access higher states of consciousness and to release any stored trauma.

Breathwork is a safe practice, however there is possibility for side effects.  If you have any of these conditions or are pregnant, please let me know and I will adjust the type of breath work for you. Please also consult your GP if you have any concerns.
